Create a room in your Discord Server - this is not required but at least you're not flooding your main channels with uploads.
2. Upload your image or sound file to the discord room using the "+" icon
3. Right click on the image / sound and select "Copy Link"
4. Paste this link into your TidyLabs Sound / Image field
5. Repeat for each of your files.
