# Display Name Update

If your alerts have stopped working and you have recently changed your DLive display name, please follow these steps.

1\) Log into your TidyLabs account:  <https://tidylabs.stream>

2\) Click "My Account" at the top right of the screen

3\) Click "Refresh" next to your DLive Display Name

4\) Refresh all your browser overlays
